We are proud to announce that Catholic Charities has achieved accreditation through the Council on Accreditation (COA). COA is an independent, not-for-profit organization that partners with human service organizations (like ours) worldwide to improve service delivery outcomes by developing, applying, and promoting appropriate best practice standards. Achieving accreditation was not easy — it took us over a year of hard work and dedication to achieve our goal of COA accreditation.
During that time, COA reviewed all aspects of our organization’s programs and services. COA accreditation has improved the way we deliver services to you and the community, and has established strategies for continual improvement in the years to come.
