Foreclosure Prevention

Catholic Charities has been counseling homeowners since 2007 to prevent foreclosure of their primary residences.

  • Counselors help residents establish realistic household budgets, understand their options, and realize the ramifications of foreclosure or bankruptcy.
  • We advocate on behalf of clients to banks and lenders. Referrals to related community resources.
  • As a HUD-certified agency, we only represent clients.
