LAKE COUNTY HHLP -- Homeless Prevention & Rapid Re-Housing Program

NOTE: HPRP provides limited, short-term financial assistance (security deposit, rent or utility assistance, moving costs) for those who have lost housing or who are at risk of losing housing. This is not mortgage payment assistance. Other restrictions apply. Funded through grants to Catholic Charities via the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009/Homeless Prevention and Rapid-Re-housing Program).

LAKE CO.: There are 3 steps you must complete to apply for HPRP funds.

1- ONE Read the Preliminary Eligibility Guidelines; if you believe you qualify to receive assistance under this program, go to step 2.

2- TWO You must complete the Intake Form.

3-THREE You must collect copies (do not bring original documents) of ALL the documents that apply to your situation to prepare for your first meeting with a counselor for the HPRP program. Use the Required Documents Checklist before you make an appointment.
