We offer comprehensive shelter programs that help families and individuals move beyond cycling to other shelters -- goal setting and accountability, employment counseling, education, case management, housing, savings and more. B.R.I.D.G.E.S for children focuses on life skills, homework assistance, computer literacy, reading, educational themes and field trips and more.

We offer a wraparound approach with services that range from foreclosure prevention counseling to budget counseling, affordable rental workshops, credit counseling, fair housing and more. It is a one stop shop for clients needing housing help. 
Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program:
HPRP provides limited, short-term financial assistance (security deposit, rent or utility assistance, moving costs) for those who have lost housing. This is not mortgage payment assistance. Other restrictions apply. Funded through grants from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act 2009/Homeless Prevention and Rapid-Re-housing Program.

We are no longer accepting applications for the Sonoma County HPRP Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-housing Program. At this time, all funding for this program has been allocated. (June 28, 2010 - current)
