Housing Counseling

Catholic Charities is a HUD-certified housing counseling agency. In Santa Rosa we provide help with rental issues and Section 8 housing, affordable housing search assistance, foreclosure counseling, consumer credit education, borrower and lender relationships. Kathleen Sinnott has been helping low and moderate income clients find housing in Sonoma, Marin and Alameda Counties for 14 years. Through Catholic Charities, she teaches Financial Education, Credit Repair, First-time Homebuyer seminars and Avoiding Foreclosure.
