Transitional Housing

Transitional Housing –  another step for families looking for a home (Sonoma)
Provides subsidized housing, support, and intensive case management to previously homeless families  –  including single mothers  –  for up to 24 months. Call 542-5426 ext. 103.

Residential Substance Abuse Treatment – non court-mandated (Sonoma)
A partnership with Santa Rosa’s Drug Abuse Alternative Center (DAAC) to provide residential substance abuse rehabilitation, case management, housing placement assistance and employment counseling to adults who are homeless. Call 575-0215.

Rainbow House – transitional housing for young women and children (Napa)
Single young mothers, pregnant or with children under age 5, find a safe haven and shelter in this transitional housing program. These vulnerable young adults receive counseling, parenting and employment services and are referred to many other supportive programs in the Napa community. Call 224-4403.

Home Base – a housing program for at-risk young adults (Napa)
A housing and counseling program near the center of the City of Napa for at-risk young adults. Qualified clients live for up to two years in the transitional housing program with services focusing on independent living skills, education and employment. Call 224-4403
