    Inspire our shelter residents! Shelter staff members in this role provide day-to-day support to residents. This role helps build trauma-informed client care skills.

    Help our clients find home! Housing-focused staff members in this role help facilitate the housing search. Bring your compassion and your inspiration to motivate clients through the complex process. Skilled problem solvers encouraged to apply!

Competitive Benefits

Full-Time (40 hours per week) employees enjoy the following benefits:

  • 10 vacation days accrued in first year of employment; increases to 15 days in years 2-6
